1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eagle Wallet website and mobile application (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Eagle Wallet provides a self-hosted digital wallet that allows users to generate and manage cryptographic keys and transact with various blockchain networks.

No Custody: We do not have custody or control over the contents of your wallet and do not have access to your private keys or recovery phrases. You are solely responsible for managing your wallet and funds.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and recovery phrase. We cannot recover your funds if you lose this information.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, financing terrorism, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

4. Risks

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with checking out digital assets, including but not limited to:

  • Risk of regulatory uncertainty.
  • Risk of software weakness or bugs.
  • Risk of losing access to your wallet due to loss of private keys.
  • Volatility of digital assets.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Wallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and indicate the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Services after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eagle Wallet is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
